Green Leaf Lettuce, Sliced Cucumber, Pickled Beets, Grape or Cherry Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, and Red Onion. Sprinkle with a healthy serving of Pumpkin Seeds and Salt & Pepper if desired.
Top with Pickled Beet Dressing
Pickled Beets and Veganaise, with 1-2 tablespoons of Pickled Beet Juice.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
