For Every Reason

  



This section of the website herbs and spices is included to feature the benefits that herbs and spices add to our health. While we emphasize their nutritional and medicinal value, we aptly subtitle this section  "For Every Reason". 

First, let us explain the difference between an herb and a spice. Put simply, herbs come from the leafy green part of plants, and spices come from the seeds, roots, or bark of plants.  Take, for instance, cilantro, an herb, which is the green leafy of the plant and coriander, a spice, the seed from the cilantro plant.
